Thank you for shopping with Dermfix GmbH. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
We process all orders within 1 to 2 day business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. We despatch from our own warehouses in Germany or Austria and items shown on the website are generally always in stock unless stated otherwise. You can always email us to check on your order.

2. Shipping Rates
Our shipping price for the following European countries is a flat rate of €4.95 and we currently offer free delivery for orders over €400 to these countries:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.
Other European countries shipping rates:
The shipping cost for Czech Republic is 120 CZK and we currently offer free delivery for orders over 9750 CZK.
The shipping cost for Hungary is 1,850 HUF and we currently offer free delivery for orders over 150,000 HUF.
The shipping cost for Denmark is 38 DKK and we currently offer free delivery for orders over 3,000 DKK.
The shipping cost for Sweden is 55 SEK and we currently offer free delivery for orders over 4,400 SEK.
The shipping cost for Poland is 22 PLN and we currently offer free delivery for orders over 1,700.
The shipping cost for Cyprus is €12.95
Countries outside the European Union Customs Area:
Our website prices to Norway and Switzerland are tax free, but please read the following:
The shipping cost for Norway is 55 NOK and we currently offer free delivery for orders over 4,300 NOK. Note: Customs duties and import taxes or duties may apply to your order. In these cases, the extra charges must be paid by the buyer upon import.
The shipping cost for Switzerland is 8.95 CHF and we currently offer free delivery for orders over 370 CHF. Note: Customs duties and import taxes or duties may apply to your order. In these cases, the extra charges must be paid by the buyer upon import.
All orders are shipped in plain packaging. We normally use DHL to ship. Please follow your tracking number, and any DHL notes through your door, to ensure that goods are not refused.
If your delivery destination is not shown above this could mean we do not deliver to that country, but you may request an exception by emailing us, and we will try to offer an affordable solution depending on the items being ordered.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website (usually DHL) to track your package in real time.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your package has not arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@dermfix.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders):
International orders (outside of Europe and the European Customs Union) may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
